Note: the Email integration within Scripting only supports accessing the mailbox's Inbox folder via the IMAP protocol.
Note: the Email integration within Scripting currently doesn't support attachments of type .msg, or messages without a specified Message-ID (typically marketing or spam emails generated programmatically).
1) Launch Scripting, and go to Admin > Connectors.
2) Click the Select a Connector button at the top-left, and select Email (Incoming) from the list.
3) Click the button to add a new Connector.
4) Add an appropriate name - Email connectors are split by whether they present Unread, Read or All emails, so it's worth naming the Connector appropriately.
5) Enter the mail server's host name, port, and whether it requires an encrypted connection, and the username and password of the account to monitor. Select how many mails to retrieve at a time (up to a maximum of 100), and the desired feed type from the Data Feed drop down at the bottom. The Account Display Name can optionally be entered, and corresponds to the name that the mail is displayed as having originated from.
6) Click Save, and repeat for any other desired interaction types or pages.
