Social Dashboard

The daily use of Scripting's Social Integration will be focused around the Social Dashboard. The Social Dashboard sits as an additional tab among any other Desktop tabs that the agent may have access to, and will only be displayed to users who have added the relevant item to their Desktop Tab URLs (definable system-wide, group-wide, or per-user).

1

Social Feed

The Social Feed itself contains all interactions relating to the account and interaction type specified in a Connector. The interactions are stored with the most recently altered displayed at the top, ensuring easy access and visibility for agents of the interactions that need to be actioned.

Social Feed Header

2. Social Feed Header

Each Social Feed will have a header like this, displaying an icon of the type of Social Feed, the monitored page or account's @username, and the interaction type.

If the Social Feed is displaying emails and configured to show Unread Emails only, then if the number of unread emails in the monitored inbox exceeds the number that can be displayed in the Social Feed, a warning icon will be displayed in the header. Hovering the mouse over this icon will then display how many unread emails are in the inbox compared to the number displayed.

Interaction

3. Interaction

Each interaction in a monitored Social Feed will be displayed in a manner similar to this, with the "parent" item having any subsequent "child" interactions nested within itself.

When hovering over any item in the Social Feed it will be highlighted, and any parent items will also be highlighted. Clicking on the item will then pop any linked Workflow, allowing the agent to respond to the item or take action.

If the Social Feed is displaying emails, then any high importance or low importance emails will display the relevant icon next to the item.

Handled Interaction

4. Handled Interaction

If the interaction has been responded to by the monitored page or account, then a green tick will be displayed here to let the agent know the item has been addressed.
